The team at H. Jane Robertson & Associates have experience in a full range of family law processes, including negotiation, Collaborative Family Law, mediation, or court. 1. Negotiations are discussions, either in person or through correspondence, between the lawyers who are communicating on behalf of their clients.
Everyone should have a Will. If you don't have a valid Will, a family member may have to get a court order to administer your estate, or the government may get involved through the Office of the Public Trustee. Most importantly, without a Will you have no control over how your estate (property and assets) is distributed.
Buying or selling a home can be a difficult and time-consuming task. Knowing what is required to ensure that title to your home is solid and free from defects and having access to the tools to transfer title is something only a lawyer is trained and licensed to do. In our office our knowledgeable and efficient staff are pleased to help you transition out of your current home and into your new home.

The representation given to a particular child was poor. Jane did not pick up the clues of coaching from another parent. This child is now grown up and told us all the details of how she felt used and did not want Jane, but couldn’t do anything about it. The family court system is corrupt and really don’t do any good at all.

I had one of the associates named Lucas who does not fight for you at all. Doesn’t fight for what you want and keeps going till you get mad and say the wrong thing then he deciddd to not represent you anymore. Absolute joke. Surprisingly they are still in business.
