We had Jeff come out and fix our washer first and he came out quickly, had parts, and fixed our washer so fast. We have three kids, so going without appliances is not ideal. Our dryer recently started rattling and we figured it was a roller issue. We called and left a message, Jeff called back shortly after and came out within half an hour. I was shocked at how quickly the repair was made and how little it cost compared to other quotes and prices we saw online. He replaced all four wheels quickly, was pleasant, and now I can get back to having clean clothes. I highly recommend B & D Appliance and

Based on my description of the issue we were having with the oven in our new place, Jeff knew that we had a problem with the igniter and said he would be able to come out the same day. It turned out that someone had installed the igniter backwards, and it not only wasn't functioning properly but created a potential fire hazard. Jeff took care of the issue quickly and at a really reasonable rate. I will use these guys again (although I hope not too soon!), and I can definitely recommend them.

This is the 2nd time I have used B & D appliances in the last 1.5 years. Jeff was amazing as usual. He will troubleshoot with you over the phone for free. Both times he fixed the problem quick and price was great. He is an honest Veteran who knows that great honest service will build business. He even let me know if it was a certain part that needed to be replaced, that it would be cheaper just to replace the refrigerator. Alot of service businesses will just take your money. Replacing my refrigerator does not get him paid. I recommend that anyone give Jeff a call first before calling anyone else
