EDIT: the statements from the company below are inaccurate. 2 hours in the store, I would have seen that dent. I have already confirmed there is no footage on the truck during pick up and delivery. The pictures speak for themselves. I do not feel comfortable being in the store as a young woman, so I will NEVER go back and I will warn anyone I can. This review is MY account and I have every right to tell others of my terrible experience.

I went to this place given all the positive reviews but unfortunately had a terrible experience. We selected a dishwasher and were told it was a discontinued model and the only piece they had was the floor model. They gave us a discounted price for it and pulled it out to inspect etc.
When we agreed and went to pay we were told a) they had made a… mistake in the price that has been discussed multiple times and that it had gone up significantly b) that this floor unit (just now pulled out of the shelf on the floor in front of us) was not a floor model but brand new!
