I purchased a winter cover for my 2005 Four Winns Vista 328 from Genco Marine...the entire experience was excellent which carried over to an excellent cover. I installed it with no issues. The measurements Jonathon took were bang on considering the fit is perfect. There was ample tie down material supplied, a set of instructions and everything you need to install. The material seems like it will hold up well for many years. An investment you will reek the rewards of considering the cost of shrink wrap these days. Not to mention no waste come Spring. Highly recommend.

Went to store to purchase Interlux paint yesterday. Person assigned to help me didn't know anything about boat painting, told me his father paints boats and he could give me his phone number, recommended I purchase paint at another store, Went to front of store to get information on the smallest Windlass as per their website. Was told it took more power than I would have on my boat. I said I would have batteries, plus shore power, plus wind generator. Was told the wind generator would be too noisy. Finally got our new full enclosure and can say the wait was worth it. It fits like a glove and looks great. We are constantly being complimented on the appearance of our boat and the Natty enclosure. I highly recommend Genco to anyone looking for some canvass work. While I'm at it, the winter cover Nat made for me last year is also very well done. I was impressed with the the quality of the design and the ease of installation.

Mitch is top notch, you could not ask for better customer service or support, I purchased my instruments and autopilot system on his advice, and believe he is one of the most knowledgeable individuals regarding marine electronics, he helped with warranty information even when we were in the US.
That being said, I have not been satisfied with their canvas work (Jon and Nat are friendly, but the system just doesn't seem to work), the stainless used is now rusting, windows on dodger are difficult to see out of after only a year, and the installation is a 6/10, Center piece did not even arrive until

I've made several major and minor purchases at Genco and have always been delighted with the experience. I ordered a boat cover during the boat show and received it on time, at the quoted price, with excellent workmanship. Jan. 2016, we ordered our dodger from Genco at the Toronto boat show. We dealt with Jonathan and everything went well. The dodger looks good, it fits well and was installed early June.
At the Jan 2017 boat show, we ordered a bimini with solar panel topper. Jonathan was busy, so we placed the order with Nat. We discussed the solar panels with Nat, and purchased a kit of 3 flex panels at the same show. Timing was also to be June. However we were not ready for measuring until late June. We are very happy with our two big purchases from Genco: our winter cover and, more recently, our Bimini. Jonathan has been great from start to finish and we were blown away at the care and attention the Genco staff took helping us secure the Bimini frame to our very small car when we drove it home from the shop. Contacted Lori and Genco and explained I needed a new Bimini with three weeks. After confirming with her team that the date could be met, she took notes about my preference (height, ceiling window, length).
As promised, I received my new Bimini as scheduled and the workmanship is perfect. This my second order with Genco and both experiences have been great.
