Don't buy anything there! They will sell you damaged footwear that has been degraded by exposure to sun (display models) I purchased a display model since the clerk, Aaron, said he couldn't order me another pair because it was sold out. Later, I checked Birkinstok and they had my size and the colour I wanted!
The leather on my left shoe started cracking and fraying after a few days. I will go back to claim warranty but I am disgusted by this type of deceitful sales tactics. Will post an update.

I would give 10 stars if I could! 20! 50! Excellent experience. Foot Sensation rejuvenated a very old and very worn pair of Birkenstocks for me and I couldn't be more satisfied. The straps were still good but the cork and soles destroyed, and now they are perfect once again. They did the work in less than a week and the sandals are now comfortably back on my feet. Sensational!! Highly recommend!!

I went in looking for practical winter boots that were at least somewhat fashionable and could fit both my wonky feet and my orthotics. Finding shoes that fit me has always been such a pain, but the salespeople there were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in no time. They also had some cute dress shoes on offer as well, so I think will be going back after my next pay cheque. I highly recommend this place!

Repeat customer and big fan of this location. The orthotics I got here are the best I've had in over 20 years of foot pain, even better than those prescribed my Roncesvalles podiatrist. The staff is sweet and when my picky teen couldn't decide on a colour they offered to special order sandals in time for her to take them to summer camp. Great service and top quality brands! My favorite leather boots are from here and have held up beautifully over 5 years. Our first stop shoe shop.

We loved our first experience at the 2311 Bloor St. W. store. The woman who runs the shop is so attentive and there was a really steady stream of browsers and shoppers. She handled all of us in a friendly and informative way. We're delighted with our purchase. One of us plans to return to check out the Lowa hiking shoes and boots.

I went in on an admittedly busy long weekend, in search of a new pair of shoes. Here's the conversation I had with the salesman:
Me: Hi, I need new summer shoes that offer extra-good ankle and arch support.
Salesman: What about sandals?
Me: I'd prefer something that laces up.
Salesman (measures feet): You're a big guy, you need a 13 1/2 (normally a 12).
Me (half thinking he just insulted my weight): I'm a little surprised by that.
Salesman (brings $450 shoes): These are larger than your normal size, because your orthotics take up space.

I'm a return customer and a fan. Knowledgeable, attentive staff and great selection for flat footers like me. My extended health benefits cover certain ortho shoes and custom insoles as I have a MD prescription due to foot/back pain. These guys have been great over the years in helping me figure out how to navigate this process. Ignore the whiners, this busy store has been here for years and years because they provide great value and service. Plus, lots of great brands, and cool shoes & boots that make my feet happy!

I'm sorry, but If I had the choice of giving this business no stars, I would. The customer service is plain rude. I got shoes there in the past, but I stopped going because a bald guy who used to work there, gave me a horrible look and didn't reply to me when I said hi, as if I was a piece of trash. The only reason why I went back today, after a year or so, was because they do carry good products and they are close to me. There were two sales persons there and I was not acknowledged during the first 15 minutes. I actually was the one saying hi to the sales person when grabbing a shoe

Forget this store and go the one on Danforth. It's sad the owner at this store has given this company a bad name. Gaston, the owner on Danforth and his staff are very kind and accommodating and have endless patience. I went to the store on Bloor West explaining I have severe lax ligaments all up my left leg and into my back and it's very hard for me to find any shoes at all that work and the sales person seemed to do the minimum to throw a few pairs of shoes at me. Didn't ask me more questions and didn't seem interested in my issue. I'd never go here again.

I went in this afternoon, Friday June 15th 2012. There was just one guy on the phone, obviously private call. No big deal, I just looked at the shoes for awhile. Eventually he looked up at me and I said "my physio says I need a full rocker sole shoe for my upcoming orthotic". I had to initiate the conversation.
"WELL. We only have one. This one." He pointed at a shoe. "it's FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS." said with great emphasis and gravitas.
I picked up a couple shoes to look at. "OH THAT DOESN'T HAVE IT. THAT DOESN'T HAVE IT EITHER. JUST THIS
