Kirk is the best realtor that anyone can have. He works his best to get you your dream house. He is very dedicated, detailed and professional. I worked with Wilma and his son Kirk 3 years ago (2018) and I surprised with their level of determination to make my life miserable in the process of terminating the lease due to moving to US. Although Kirk is more reasonable, Wilma's behavior was out of control from time to time ( at some point, I had to told her I would call police if she showed up again). I would suggest to avoid them at any cost.
