We have found that getting our team involved early in a project has the greatest impact on the success of a project. We provide ongoing feedback to eliminate unnecessary costs and delays. We focus on quality, schedule, design and savings. Our knowledge of construction costs and our positive relationship with the local sub trade community allow us to provide accurate budgeting and schedule information during the all stages of a project.
Rencor would provide full construction services in the traditional role of a general contractor. We would prepare a lump sum cost contract in accordance with the construction bid set drawings and specifications prepared by the project consultants.
The client is presented with a lump sum fixed price contract (excluding any changes made to the contract documents or design drawings) and we are responsible for building the project for the agreed upon price and schedule.This method allows the client to have a fixed price contract for the purposes of financing.
