Was very pleased with our order! The shirts and print is excellent quality. This was our second time ordering! My kids like to make shirts of their artwork and this is a wonderful way for them to do that. We even had to contact T-shirt elephant to make last minute changes and the response was quick and satisfying!! Highly recommend!

From ordering to delivery, the process was seamless! The website is very user-friendly but they also have a chat-box if you hit any snags. My order was processed right away, and I received it less than a week later. The quality of the shirt is great, the imprint looks spectacular and I know my partner is going to LOVE this surprise in his Xmas stocking. Worst customer service and products ever.(I ordered last Nov.). After confirming and paying, I was then told they could not deliver on time. I asked for money back. Nope. They claimed they had already ordered the t -shirts. Really? That's a super lame excuse for a t-shirt company that would sell them as it was pre-Xmas rush! I asked many times for a rep to call - never happened. No replies to emails. Design was messed up on our shirts and could not sell them. BAD BAD BAD I would give zero stars if possible.

I have ordered from this company before and recieved good service but this time I ordered 10 custom shirts over 2 months ago. The first time I ordered the shipping status said it was delivered when I was not and when I brought this to customer service they said they would try to ship to a new address that I provided (both of these addresses have been used by this company in the last 2 years so I know they work). Fast forward another month and the second shipment said that it's been sent back to the sender. Very frustrating experience that still has yet to be resolved. Would not recommend this company

DO NOT USE: I recently ordered an American Apparel 50/50 shirt and received a completely different shirt than what I ordered that was of significantly worse quality. I needed this shirt for an event and even super rushed the order that charged a 50% additional fee. I reached out to the co-owner Jason who told me they have the right to switch the shirt type at any time without warning and to check the FAQ next time. Not only did I not receive the right shirt but the customer service was extremely poor and non-sympathetic despite the company's error. I highly recommend you look at alternative companies

I have ordered several custom one-off t-shirts and tank tops through T-Shirt Elephant over the last four or five years. I am consistently impressed with thier quality, speed, service, and pricing. Buying one-off shirts may be expensive, but the quality more than makes up for it, even the shirts I have from years ago are in excellent condition, no holes in the fabric, no fading or cracking of the image. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I placed an order for 1 t-shirt and one cap. The order was shipped a month later. To make things worst, they sent me a youth size t-shirt instead of a regular size. I contacted customer service and they assured me that a replacement would be shipped on Monday of the following week. I mentioned that I had a web-promo that required I have the t-shirt on the following Friday. Unfortunately, the t-shirt was never shipped on time, as a matter of fact, it was shipped on the Friday I had my meeting. Horrible experience and will never do business with them again. They missed out on a good business opportunity

One might think it reasonable to assume that the method of shipping chosen by T-Shirt Elephant would have the best interests of the consumer in mind.
Based on my experience, this doesn't appear to be the case. Because they chose letter mail there is no way to track shipping. As a result, package hasn't been delivered and their response is 'sorry, can't help you'. My suggestion then? Don't walk away, run away from T-Shirt Elephant.

I had the worst customer service from Chelsea R. I ordered a 17 sweaters that was 70/30 and 20oz and instead I received 17 sweaters that were 50/50 with an extremely lighter weight. Their policy says if the sweater is out of stock then they have the right to substitute it with a sweater thats of equal or higher quality which what I received was not the value of the sweaters were different as well. The one I ordered was around $18 and the sweaters that I received were around $12.

A few years ago they were great, these days I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Poor quality, ridiculous lead times and poor communications. When I finally received my orders you could tell they were rushed as this printing was peeling off and of poor quality... I really hope whoever takes them over does a major overhaul because I'd like to purchase locally if I could.

Customer service is absolutely terrible.
Their return policy is only 5 days which seems incredibly ridiculous to me.
We bought our employees new shirts and they weren't worn until well over 5 days as they just got back to work due to COVID.
After just 1 wash the shirts are peeling and look absolutely terrible.
For shirt that's over $50 that's NOT ACCEPTABLE.
We will not be ordering from this company again after they handled this.
PS this was washed and not put in the dryer!!

T-Shirt Elephant used to be my go-to for printing shirts and sweaters, but has since gone downhill... by a landslide.
I first ordered from them a few times, printing my own designs on t-shirts and hoodies. I appreciated their wide selection of products and the quality of printing was quite good, even after multiple washes. Overall, the Gildan men's softstyle tee and Gildan adult hoodie and/or crewneck were my favorites. As others have stated, shipping times are a little misleading but it never bothered me too much at the time since I was not on a deadline and/or would order early enough that

I made an order of 10 t shirts on my phone. I designed and added my logos, but when I got the T-shirts they were all blank. I called their customer service and was told that using a phone to order isn't recommended, and was refused a refund even though I sent all the tshirts back untouched. Don't think any business could care less about customer satisfaction. So now I'm out of money and the product, they refuse to help me unless I make another order and pay for it. Just stupid.

I bought a shirt online to sample it to see the quality as I want to produce a large amount of printed shirts. I uploaded a photo and they show you what it will look like on the shirt before you purchase it. I was going for a worn in look so I added the distress effect. Got the shirt didn't like but took it as a loss waste of money. Then I got an email asking if I was happy so I replied and explained that I wasn't and why and they basically went back and forth with me telling me it's my fault for the picture I uploaded even though the example and picture looked way better and less

Website gives you an 'estimate delivery date,' which leads you to believe that is when the shirt will arrive to your place. But no. Their definition of a delivery date is when the order will ship. It then takes 14+ more business days to get the item because they choose the slowest shipping method.
Very disappointed with my purchase. Not going to receive my order anywhere close to on time, despite placing it a month before I needed it. I wouldn't order from here unless you are okay with receiving your purchase more than 6 weeks later.

I don't often review on Yelp, but I felt I had to with this. I order some custom shirts and they did not come out even close to what I was expecting. The colour of the design was dull and faded. I then discovered that returns had to be within 3 business days. I would definitely recommend staying away from them.

Just got my shirts in the mail. The print is amazing however, the XL shirt was obviously smaller than the medium shirt (it looked like a small). Emailed customer service and since the shirts weren't personalized, I'm out of luck. The solution suggested by customer service was give the medium to the person who fits into a XL and the (small) XL to the person who wears medium. Yes, because someone who needs an XL can wear a medium size shirt...

When I actually placed my order and received the shipment, I found two of the shirts had no printing on the back which I HAD included in the design but (apparently) not properly saved. When I called about it, the response was "sorry ... not our problem" . So having ordered over $1000 worth of tshirts, they were not willing to adjust the order or redo $40 worth of shirts to accommodate.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. The worse customer service I've ever experienced. We ordered tshirts for a baseball team under the impression that their 14 day guarantee would hold up...Don't let their fancy website and positive reviews on their own website fool you....after thet 14 day guarantee passed, we contacted the company and it was virtually IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone. Always goes to voicemail, emails un-returned, left messages on every single extension at the company with not a single return phone call. I lost track of how many voicemails and emais we left.
