Entripy's story began in 1999 when founder Jas Brar was a student at the University of Toronto. When a group of classmates went searching for custom t-shirts for campus events and organizations, Jas identified a gap in the market for quality custom apparel and excellent customer service. An entrepreneur at heart, Jas began buying t-shirts wholesale, embellishing them through a third party and selling them back to fellow students.
But relying on a third-party embellisher meant Jas was struggling to meet short deadlines. In order to fulfill clients orders faster, Jas purchased a manual press and started doing his own screen printing for custom clothing out of his parents' basement in Oakville, Ontario. His parents owned a pizza store and a delivery van, which Jas was famous for driving around to deliver custom t-shirt orders instead of pizzas.

Terrible customer service. Ordered blue polo shirts 6 months ago and then green ones 3 weeks ago. The logo on the green shirts is much smaller than the blue shirts even though it's a repeat order and I never made any changes to the logo. Contacted customer service and was told by Anna that this was my fault since I approved the order. Such arrogance ! Will take my business elsewhere in the future !

As a designer, working with this supplier was easy and straightforward. Their online proofing setup worked well and it was easy to send them a corrected file after the first proof. Had the worse experience with this company.
We ordered 8 printed t-shirt, got the design for confirmation where they altered the size of the print. We had to go back and forth 5 times(!) with the notes because every time we asked to get back to the original size, they said ok, and then didn't do it. Even their customer service girl (who was super nice) thought it was getting ridiculous. We ended up cancelling the order and put a new one with the size we wanted, which was supposed to be ready June 1st.
Few days before we got an email saying it didn't go through their quality check so they need

We bought some golf shirts with our logo on them as uniforms for our small store. When the shirts arrived, the sizes that we ordered were much larger than a normal sizing you would expect. For example, I personally own an under armour golf shirt and went and laid it on top of the under armour golf shirt from Entripy (both are supposed to be larges, you can see if you zoom in on the collar), their golf shirt is massively bigger. Just ordered 2 joke t-shirts for a family event and was shocked at how well they turned out for $10 each! The shipping is kind of a killer but was pleasantly surprised that there was no additional charge for differently designed shirts packaged in one order!
The quality of the print is really spectacular - super bright and sharp. The t-shirt does seem a little smaller in sizing but I ordered larger because of previous peoples complaints.
Definitely won't hesitate coming back if I ever need something printed again!

I placed an order for a sample. About 11 days later, I follow up just to be told some story about how the shirt had a hole in it, then another story of the shirt needs to be reprinted because the quality was not up to their standard. They then suggested it will take another 10 days for a reprint. I instantly requested the order be cancelled and refunded. Mistake happens, I get that. But there is no excuse for poor customer service and this level of "he say, she said". I have no confidence in using them again. I will say they provide prompt communication which I appreciate.

With so many suppliers and vendors out there, you would be best to stay away from these guys. Don't be fooled by the pricing! Their service is absolutely horrible. I ordered FOUR shirts. Just four for our grand opening. I ordered almost 2 weeks in advanced and they delayed the order two times to a date in which I would have zero shirts for the grand opening. They tried to make it right by express shipping me the shirts in order to make the grand opening. They sent me ONE. To say the least, there was no point in having one staff in uniform and 3 others not in uniform. So we had zero uniforms for

Can't say I was overly impressed with the service we received. We had an issue with a misprint and went back and fourth with a dozen email exchanges with both their customer care and resolutions teams. We were promised a reprint on March 25th, but have not received any updates since. Now months later, we're looking to do a large batch of these same shirts and Entripy is the "top" option in search but far from our top choice.

Having worked for two companies who had to order shirts for events or just for the purpose of purchasing custom designed shirts, we decided to order from Entripy because of their prices, easily accessible webpage and fantastic visuals to help you visualize what they look like.

If you work on a continual basis with this company like I have over the years, you will find that they make their fair share of mistakes. The customer service has had such a large deal of turnover that it's impossible to get a consistent level of customer service. Some agents are great. Some agents really need a lot more experience. Mediocre at best.

However, I will never be purchasing again from this company again after making a larger order of 100 T-shirts and interacting with Kirin, the sales manager, who charged me $60 for a rush that still took 5 business days. She made all sorts of promises such as "I have asked...but no guarantees" and more of the same, stringing me along with promises that she will try but in the end not delivering on the promises that she would
