We were having an issue with the furnace. We called Harris Heating and Air Conditioning Services Inc and Ben the technician was here within half an hour. He diagnosed the problem, ordered and picked up the required part and the issue was resolved quickly. Great service. Reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

Kyle and Jordan did an excellent job doing my install even though it had some difficult spots to deal with. They were polite and friendly and we had fun chatting while they worked. I highly recommend this company. Farizah was so charming and just a lovely lady to talk to to get financing set up. Craig was very friendly and explained my options and which unit would be the best for saving on hydro costs. Monthly payments are reasonable. Check this company out, you will NOT be disappointed.

The entire end to end experience with Harris Heating and A/C was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Craig was very informative and open during the entire buying process. The 2 installers, Jordan and Kyle, worked non-stop the entire 2 days they were installing the equipment. They had to make one adjustment after the initial install and that was done the afternoon of the day we informed them. Overall, outstanding service and I would highly recommend.

Of course we had company staying over from out of town on a hot muggy day and the AC quits on us...on a Sunday. I called Harris, got an appointment right away and repairman was here first thing Monday morning and issue resolved quickly. Harris installed our furnace, AC and HW tank and we've always had prompt, excellent service on the few times we've needed them. Would highly recommend them.

Harris Heating and Cooling was first recommended to us by a very good plumber, followed by additional recommendations. Excellent reputation was confirmed by excellent service. From the initial visit, Craig spent a significant amount of time explaining everything to us and what to expect during installation. Their quote was detailed and competitive with other quotes received. Any follow up questions were promptly answered within a few hours. Their in-house installers were courteous and professional, did a quality installation and cleaned up when they finished. We are very happy with our new comfort

We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced last year (2019) and Harris did a great job. Timely and professional. Didn't have an aggressive sales pitch. Did a nice clean job. Regular maintenance inspections have been on time and they have been proactive in making sure they are done regularly. They really are good to deal with.

Just had a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed. Harris team did a super job, removed our old equipment, cleaned up and showed us how the new equipment worked.
An excellent experience from start to end, and this all took place in one day. They also adhered to all Covid protocols. Professionalism from my first phone call, sales and installation.
