Studio 330
Join us inside our airy and spacious studio, for park yoga downtown, barn yoga just 20 minutes outside of the city OR daily on zoom from wherever you are! We offer an authentic, yet contemporary yoga experience. We honour the roots of the practice but are also aware that we live in modern times.

Meditation, mindfulness and other more traditional aspects play an as important role as do anatomical knowledge and a sense of humour in this modern and accessible approach. The style of yoga offered at studio330 is often called Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa means "to place in a special way" and describes a dynamic practice where poses are linked to each other in an intelligent sequence.
Services
Liz Huntly (she/her) is a mover and shaker, a barefoot philosopher, a collector of languages. She mostly lives in rural Ontario, but feels at home anywhere she can comfortably get into vrksasana. She's infinitely curious about the body & the breath, plants, art, magic, beauty, failure, and how to find the sweetness of being lost in the world.
Take your body to the body shop with physiotherapist Olivia Manning. 40-45 minutes of simple self-testing of a specific body part for mobility, followed by and 15-20 minutes of open questions about any body area. Ask about modifications for specific issues, injury prevention, or anything else you'd love to know from a body expert.
New to the studio? Purchase this package on your first visit for 7 full days of unlimited yoga. Sign up for any of our memberships within 15 days of your intro week and get one month free! Membership perks include: special rates on workshops and events, 20% off private sessions, and one complimentary 30-minute online assessment with Liz to book.
Please note we are currently rarely in the studio space and can best be reached via email. In acknowledging this land, the traditional home of the Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee, we seek to rebuild right relations with First Nations, Metis and Inuit peoples, to learn from them, and to live on this land with respect and gratitude for its bounty.
They are for anyone who wants to participate in a community of learners and practitioners. We travel worldwide leading workshops and retreats, and guest teaching at festivals, conferences and in teacher trainings. My Dharma: The Documentary is a collection of individual stories from world-renowned yogis on how the practice of yoga transformed their lives.

The teachers at Studio 330 are so friendly and knowledgeable. Roland's classes are like a workshop in a class, he puts so much time into breaking every pose down for you. It's such a lovely and welcoming environment.

Great studio for students or anyone really who can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars a month for yoga classes. They have a pay what you can policy and you drop your money into a box after class so no one sees how much you've paid. If you can afford a little more, that's great, if you can't, you are still welcome to participate. Very good karma. All their instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to everyone, even first time students. They even give everyone a short neck massage at the end of class sometimes. Definitely go check them out!!
