Join us inside our airy and spacious studio, for park yoga downtown, barn yoga just 20 minutes outside of the city OR daily on zoom from wherever you are! We offer an authentic, yet contemporary yoga experience. We honour the roots of the practice but are also aware that we live in modern times.
Meditation, mindfulness and other more traditional aspects play an as important role as do anatomical knowledge and a sense of humour in this modern and accessible approach. The style of yoga offered at studio330 is often called Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa means "to place in a special way" and describes a dynamic practice where poses are linked to each other in an intelligent sequence.

Great studio for students or anyone really who can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars a month for yoga classes. They have a pay what you can policy and you drop your money into a box after class so no one sees how much you've paid. If you can afford a little more, that's great, if you can't, you are still welcome to participate. Very good karma. All their instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to everyone, even first time students. They even give everyone a short neck massage at the end of class sometimes. Definitely go check them out!!
