Great store for all your grocery needs specially for Indians. They have almost all spices, snacks, frozen, pickles, cosmetics, and also god section, all types of lentils, ready to eat, chapati and many more different kind of items available which even I don't know in India. They have fresh vegetables as well which comes from India every week. And the main attraction of the store is well organized and cleaned all the time. And also I would like to add that when we enter in the store it feels like we are in India.
All Staffs are very co-operative and friendly. I found it is the best indian grocery

I visited this store again on Dec 30, 2021 and I noticed "A Lot Of Improvements', as compared to my previous visit:
i. Improved Customer Service: Staff Welcomes and Wishes Customers, Staff is polite courteous and helpful
ii. Store was Organized, Very Neat and Tidy.
iii. Shelves had all items. Most of the items had prices mentioned on shelves except for a few (which I'm still concerned about)
I'm thus increasing the Rating from my previous 2 , to 4.
Good job on the whole , Management & Staff

When u enter the store it has the vibe of INDIA. A friend of mine recommended it and when I was there I was totally shocked to see the variety the store has. Specially it had my fav fruit Sitafal. Never thought that I would be able to get veggies and fruits same as India. People working there are helpful and nice. Cheers to the place. 😀😀😀

The owner and staff offer… commendable service and are super friendly. There have been multiple instances where I wanted specific product and they specially got them for me. Great and affordable store.
But I wish the prices are labeled correctly. I bought Himalayan salt thinking it was $1.99 and after reaching home when I noticed the bill, I was charged $2.89.
Also, the purple sweet potatoes are not Indian version all the time. They seem to be mixed with the Caribbean kind.I realized after spending ~$7 for just 2 sweet potatoes.
I guess I have to check the bill at the counter everytime.

The store has great variety of food and drinks and grocery options.
The only Drawback is that the store is not accepting all the payment methods like American Express and I had issues due to this previously 2-3 times and that’s why due to this inconvenience I choose another place to buy indian snacks.
Overall good!

Great grocery spot for all your Indian pantry needs. This is close to the Costco on Hunt Club with plenty of parking spots.
They have a wide variety of options from spices, snacks, frozen meals and fresh foods. I only got some general snack options while I was there and I found the prices reasonable to what I can find at other similar grocery stores in the area.

I was looking for sandalwood talcum powder for some time now, and was delighted to hear them say they had it when calling first time. My daughter Rachna kindly dropped in to pick it up for me after work and… says: “ it is very clean and spacious, with clear signs in the aisles.” She was quite happy to find vegetarian samosa and potato paratha to bring home too. Bombay Spices is an Indian grocery store. It's very similar to the (not so original nor innovatively named) Indian Supermarket on Merivale Rd in the Emerald Plaza. They have a good selection of foods imported from India.
I went there primarily to see if they had any prepared foods or snacks. They only had samosas and puffs (also desserts, but I was looking for savoury). The samosas were $0.99 each and they only had vegetarian ones filled with potatoes and peas. They called them Punjabi samosas. These were ok and not bad for the price. These samosas are much better than the ones at The Indian

Lousy and unethical service.. we placed 2 curbside orders yesterday including indian guava. they gave us wrong product when we opened our grocery at home . called right away to explain and they said come again and get the indian guavas. we asked if we bring the wrong product back and they said no. called today to confirm and they said yes as we reached the store they refused to give the product and when I asked for the name of they guy he refused to share. I asked for manager and he hung up the phone. very disappointed and disturbing service

The best Indian grocery store in Ottawa.. Each and every item has price tags with details.. Very supportive staff.. Very well managed.. Clean and neat.. Lots of choices.. and last but not least prices are very reasonable.. People in Ottawa don’t need to go toronto for particular indian grocery items.
