My name is Raph (pronounced r-ah-f, like in the Ninja Turtles!) and I'm a Toronto based Professional Photographer. I became obsessed with photography in 2007 on my honeymoon in Costa Rica. There was something about the medium that brought back the excitement of Visual Arts, which I studied earlier in my life.
I have been honoured to photograph hundreds of events over the last few years. My clients mean the world to me; they put a lot of trust in my ability to create beautiful photos and guide them thought their photography experience. Raph may just be an actual wizard. His ability to turn any setting into a beautiful photograph is nothing short of magical. When our initial wedding plans were canceled due to COVID, we ended up having a much smaller ceremony at one of our homes. Our photo sessions took place in the front yard and against the side of the house. When we saw the photos, we were stunned. Raph’s unparalleled ability to manipulate space and light transformed a boring front yard into a beautiful garden; the side of the house into a regal backdrop.

Raph worked both our engagement shoot and our wedding. We first met Raph as the photographer at a friend's wedding, that we were in the wedding party for. His photos were amazing, he was a blast to hang out with over the day, and we knew we wanted him as our photographer too. Our friends raved about working with Raph and Raph went on to do more work for other friends of ours, never disappointing on the quality or the experience. My husband and I hired Raph for our engagement photos, pre-wedding festivities and our special day. We were so happy that we found the perfect photographer to capture our special moments! I'm so happy we found Raph! His photos are phenomenal. We hired Raph for our wedding photos and more recently for our family photos. I could not be happier with the quality of pictures that he provides. I've gotten so many compliments for the pictures. We wanted a photographer that pushed the boundaries and Raph did not disappoint.

Can't believe it's almost been a year now since our wedding day and this review is well overdue. Raph was great right from our first meeting. Honest and easy going, like a friend you're reconnecting with and that's who you want for your wedding photographer. Our entire photography experience with Raph was out of this world! From our very first meeting, he made us feel so at ease. We had an amazing experience with raph! He made the entire experience very enjoyable and a lot of fun:) not to mention he has a great eye and caught a lot of personal memories for us.
