My older pair of prescription sunglasses broke over the weekend. The arm was unrepairable. I went into Crystalline Eyewear this morning, explained my predicament with needing something, as I was heading out of town and needed them to drive. The gentleman there (I believe the manager or owner) offered to go to the lab himself to ensure I would have my new frames today! Amazing customer service!! Can't thank them enough.

Crystalline eyewear is my go to for contacts, glasses and sunglasses. Everytime you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and asked if you need any help. The sales associates are knowledgeable, friendly and know exactly which frames will suit you. The optometrist is very knowledgeable and gentle with kids as well. My three year old went for an eye test and she made him feel very comfortable. The pricing is unbeatable and selection is amazing - any frame you want they can get it for you. I will continue to use crystalline eyewear for many years to come.

I had such an incredible experience at Crystalline Eyewear. From the moment my husband and I walked in we were welcomed with a warm smile. Murtaza Uncle made sure that we were taken care of throughout the whole process from start to finish. He took the time to show us a wide range of glasses and shared his incredible knowledge and expertise with us along the way. I explained to him that my current glasses had broken and were temporarily taped together.
