TRYumph Gymnastics Academy's mission is to run a consistent and sustainable gymnastics, ninja warrior, and fencing development programs providing youth with opportunities to participate in recreational and competitive activities while contributing to the community. Our recreational gymnastics programs have been designed for athletes of all ages, from our newborns right up to adults! Each course is designed to teach new skills in a fun and exciting manner while allowing everyone to advance at their own pace. The pre-athlete program is designed by Canadian Olympic Team coaches, Paul ApSimon and John Hawes and former US silver medal winning Olympic Team coach Michael Pederson.
Women's artistic gymnastics (WAG) is the perfect synthesis of individual creative freedom of sporting technique and personal expression. WAG is an Olympic discipline, which features four gymnastics apparatus: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. At TRYumph Gymnastics Academy, we pride ourselves in helping our athletes perform at the best of their abilities in a caring and nurturing environment.
Ninja Zone is a new discipline inspired by Obstacle Course Training, and Gymnastics. This is the ONLY facility in the East area dedicated to individuals seeking ninja warrior and obstacle adventure race training. The focus is developing motor skills through mobility, balance, power, strength and endurance.

My 5 year old pre competitive gymnast calls Tryumph home since it opened back in July 2018. As a parent, I can’t ask for more! Fantastic and knowledgeable coaches for both the recreational and competitive streams! Friendly staff, clean gym and great facility! My daughter is about to celebrate her 6th birthday there and we are looking so forward to it! So many options to chose from! I highly recommend this gym to everyone, it’s just a wonderful place to be part of!

Signed up my 5 year old godson for ninja warror classes and was very disappointed. The instructor obviously did not want to teach the class. She had little enthusiasm and the classes had no energy The instructor had little control of the class and almost no coaching. The kids spent most of the time sitting arround waiting and goofed off a lot. I don't think my godson learned a thing. Waste of money

My daughter loves her tumbling classes with Meagan, she’s a wonderful instructor and is really showing her talents when helping her students in the class.
The equipment is new and clean, in a very large area withs tons of natural light, including a separate ninja room. We look forward to future classes here to expand our daughters skills, I highly recommend TRYumph Gymnastics!
