I can’t speak to the quality of service provided by the brokerage as a whole, but I am not satisfied with the service Remi Moran provided. My partner and I were offered to rent one of Remi’s personal properties, he even went as far as to ask us to provide him with a time to arrange a meeting to sign the lease. Upon providing a time he cut off all contact and ceased responding to my inquiries regarding the rental unit.
Remi had all of our contact information and being a professional could have taken the courtesy to notify me if he no longer intended to rent to us. We were fortunate in that

I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time. I sold a property in Stonebridge in Ottawa and used Remi Morvan as my agent. I talked to a variety of different agents before deciding to go with him.
I could tell right away that Remi tells it like it is, and didn’t give me a big sales pitch to try and win over my business. I was impressed by his personality, experience, and reputation.
Did I ever make a good decision by going with him as my agent. He really went to bat for me in the negotiation process. He had really good logic of when to stand firm on negotiating and when to compromise
