Originated thousands of years ago in ancient China, Traditional Chines Medicine (TCM) is heavily rooted in traditional Eastern philosophy. Though the philosophy was not a single one and did not originate in only one era of Chinese history, but was built on, added to, and modified throughout history, the ultimate source of TCM theory came from Taoism, which was derived from I Ching.
A light snack or meal before a treatment may prevent low blood sugar symptoms however; heavy food or a full meal is not a good idea. The digestive process requires good blood flow to the digestive organs, and some modalities require good blood flow to the peripheral areas being treated. This may cause poor digestion and may be uncomfortable to you, due to excess pressure on the abdomen while laying prone, gassiness, or refulx.

Jose greeted me warmly at the front, we had a gentle conversation about where I felt I needed some work done, then he proceeded to work me over!! Seriously, it was the massage I didn’t know I needed, but was so glad to have had it when he was finished.. I eagerly await my next session, thank you Jose!!

Was very booked up. Like until January and it was almost the end of November. However, they have a wait list. And I was called right away almost. Like the next day, by the loveliest most helpful receptionist. She sent me the forms for my extended medical and had them inputted by the time o got there. She was polite and kind and grateful to ME for taking the appointment.
THEN comes José. Literally could barely move my neck for a week, now I can. It's quite stiff still but way better. His hands are so strong and really pays attention to your pain threshold and what you wanted worked on. Will defs

Jose is the best RMT i have had in past 5 years. He is highly skilled and resolves any issues the client has. I love how peaceful/quiet and remarkable my visit was. He addressed my chronic pain without lecturing or criticizing my ill-attempts at maintaining my health. If you are looking for serene relieving massage, book him in advance, hard to find get him <3
