These have to be the best movers in the city. They were extremely professional and happy to be working. I had 5 movers and Andrew gave them to me for the price of 4 and we moved on a Sunday. A lot of other movers wouldn't even do this and I had heard the horror stories from other companies of all these extra charges and taking their time as they are paid by the hour. Andrew and his team moved my entire house in around 5 hrs and came in under budget as well! On top of this after the day was done they even moved my play structure from my backyard which was a massive piece with no hassles. Highly

Major Move is genuinely the best moving company we have ever experienced. They moved us within the city of Toronto and we also used their plastic moving bins. I can't say enough positive things about how wonderful Andrew and his team were! But here were some of my favorite things:

Customer service, trust, and unbeatable communication. The Major Move boxes are genius. I used them to store my items when completing a renovation on my home. They delivered the boxes promptly providing some storage tips.
I also recommended them to many of my clients of which all had mega positive things to say about Andrew and Nora.

We used their service last month and it is 5* service. It was so easy to pack and nothing broke. We got many boxes and it came with everything you need to help you to pack. From Tape to gloves. We also called to get more boxes and they delivered more the same day on a long weekend !!! Very impress.

Fantastic customer service, website easy to navigate, and impeccable equipment! I was particularly happy about the eco-friendly boxes that came with the dolly attachment. This saved us hours of moving stuff without the hassle of recycling tons of boxes afterwards. They also called me before the move to make recommendations to change some of the equipment i had booked and i am glad they did! The change cost me nothing and it really was better (I had ordered a 3 shelf moving cart, and they recommended a 2 shelf one, excellent call on their part!). I love these guys! This was our second move in a year and the first time around they were fairly new but still excellent. This time around they were even better. Customer service was personable and comfortable, timely deliveries, and super clean (like almost impossibly so) products. Hopefully I'll never move again but if I do, they'll be the first guys I call.
