Services
Dynamic Studios started in July of 2011. Owner and artist Ryan "Newz" Scarpino started tattooing in 2009 after traveling for a few years guest spotting at various studios throughout Canada, he came to work at a studio once called Shinobi Studios after a year of working at the tattoo studio Ryan decided to purchase the shop and change the name.
My name is Diego Chagall, I am 29 years old, I have been tattooing for 9 years, I am from Colombia and half a year ago I moved to Kelowna to join the dynamic Studios team. I have always drawn in my life, my first memory is drawing in school. I began to study graphic design at university, where I did not feel so comfortable and in the last semester I decided to leave everything aside and dedicate myself to my true passion which is tattooing.
I am flexible and considerate of clients needs. I am creative towards new styles, knowledgeable on upcoming trends and am offering the best cosmetic tattoo services in the Okanagan Valley. As well, I am certified in health and safety, having obtained the following certificate showing that I have completed a training program for Blood Borne Pathogens.
Our studio rate is $200 per hour, plus 5% GST. Ryan "Newz" Scarpino and Diego Chagall both charge a day rate of $1500. Guest artist rates vary by artist. All permanent makeup and laser tattoo removal is priced for the procedure, not by the hour. We require a nonrefundable deposit $200 per appointment booked.
Our artists love to take on walk-in tattoos when they have gaps in their schedules. A walk-in tattoo is a tattoo that can be completed in a single session and can be taken on by any available artist that has free time. Don't be afraid to ask the artist questions when you come for a walk-in tattoo. It is always best to make sure that you and the artist are on the same page for the tattoo you are looking to get.

I got a tattoo on my finger November 13 knowing it would fade quicker...but seriously after 3 days I'm losing it??!! See pics. Last pic is today. I emailed the shop on Nov 18 when I noticed the fading...they told me tough luck.
I expected fading, but maybe 3 months in, not 3 days in. $126 for the "pleasure" of the worst customer service ever on top of terrible workmanship. Spend your money elsewhere. This is NOT the number one tattoo shop in Kelowna. What a joke!

Amazing place.....from the moment I walked in the staff was great!!! My tattoo artist jimbow was a absolute pleasure not only did he come up with a design in about 45 minutes!!! But the finished work was absolutely breathtaking 😍 am so grateful for the art he put on my arm and definitely more to come I would highly recommend ...the atmosphere was great the place was very clean and the music was also enjoyable 😉 thanks again guys and I will be in very soon to finish my arm💋❤

My bestfriend and I went in to get matching tattoos and the experience was 10/10!! Josh at the front desk was very kind and checked in on us frequently, I didn't catch our artists name but he did an amazing job and our matching tattoos are now my favorite tattoos! The detail is amazing and we definitely plan on going back.

Best place ever to get inked! Been to many other studios and Dynamic is by far the best. Everyone is super friendly and professional. The atmosphere is really comfortable. Extremely clean studio. And the artists there are all top notch! Will continue to come here for all of my tattoos

I was met by the owner Ryan who was very friendly and told me they had a new artist available, Lucas Maccauley, to do my tattoo.
