I will never darken their doors again !! I dropped off my old race sled. I told them it hasn’t run in five years. They call me when the bill is at $2,000. They charged me for parts that were not put on the sled. They charged me for iPone oil that I get for free. And they charged me for pump gas when my sled runs race fuel only. Oil and race fuel was dropped off with the sled. Then I get it home and my spark plugs are half threaded into my cylinder head. The sled hasn’t run right since they touched it. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY ! Motorsportsworld Ottawa

I had an awesome experience with this shop. Sam in sales made the whole process seamless. Very knowledgeable team. Considering the shortage on sleds this year, Sam was able to locate a new 2022 sled for me and even had it ready before the anticipated date of pick up. I’d recommend anyone looking for a new sled to contact Sam at Motorsports.

Tony was fantastic to deal with. He made the purchase of my new 2022 MXZ Tnt easy with no issues. He introduced me to Parts Team and was gave me a full run down on the sled when I picked it up.
The finance manager was a little pushing on financing the sled. Even after I said, I would purchase it, he kept pushing finance.
I would recommend my friends to speak with Tony about bikes and sleds at Motor Sports World.

Worst customer service in the business, would not get anything serviced here ever again!!!
Took my 2017 seadoo in for some warranty repairs which were complete OK but there's a clip that connects the actuator the there mechanic broke and within 6 hrs of being on the water , I suspect the connector fell off because the clip is broken. So had brought the machine back to them to check it out and they tell me the machine needs a new harness because this one is fried. Was never fried, the clip was broken therefore never stay clipped to the actuator and thus putting machine in limp mode..so I decided

The gentlemen I was dealing with was named Mathew and his patience was nothing short of legendary with me and the difficulty in getting my M2 license given the COVID pandemic. In the end, he was able to get me the right sypder I wanted for the right price despite having to go back and forth with me over several months worth of delays. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who's a first time buyer. I bought a brand new motorcycle from here and as a first time rider I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
