THE BEST OF THE BEST. I have a hard time looking for a mechanic because its so hard for me to trust someone but my friend recommended me this place and I can’t recommend this place enough! I never trust mechanics but I've finally found Waran and his shop.
I've had an annoying popping noise for 1.5 years that was driving me nuts (pun intended). After poor experiences with other mechanics and several DIY attempts, I was given a referral from a friend to this shop. I was skeptical at first but I'm now a very happy customer. I will come back for future repairs and service and I would strongly recommend.
Waran is patient and puts the customer first. He took time to understand my issues, answer any of my questions, explain the diagnoses clearly and in detail, and even showed me physically

I had a great experience at Prompt Auto Care. Waran took the time to look at my car even after the oil change and winter tires were out on, to see why my engine light came on and he was able to figure out what the issue was ( it was related to my brakes). He went above and beyond to test out my car as I felt the brakes felt off while I drove. I left with all my car issues resolved. I would recommend this auto shop for all your car needs.

We took our vehicle in for oil change and our tires switch from Winter to Summer for the 2nd time. Very friendly and professional service and we also had an engine light on and he was able to help us with that also. Very honest owner and prices are great. Hard to find a honest mechanic these days!!! Would recommend this shop to everyone!!!

The experience is phenomenal. They treat you as though you are their family. I walked in to get my brakes changed and it was completed in a 1.5 hours. The efficiency of this team is outstanding. They were quick with their oil changes and very knowledgeable.I will be coming here for all my future auto services. I've had many great experiences here. They are trustworthy, efficient, and knowledgeable. I've had a few oil changes, swapped my winter tires, and had regular maintenance (fluid changes, etc.) and all of it was fairly priced. Waran is excellent at his job: he is professional, dedicated, and honest. I would highly recommend this place!
