I joined just a few weeks ago for BJJ classes but it already feels like home for me and I'm always excited to learn at every class. I was choosing between this gym and another one which is a little bit closer to my home, but finally chosen this one and I'm happy of the choice I made. My only regret is that I haven't started earlier.

Great environment for training, Trainers really know what they're teaching and the space itself is stellar. The price is unbeatable for what you get and I love that it's zero politics!I wish they had Muay Thai for the North York location (as they currently only have Kickboxing here and the MT class is available in their 2nd location in Pickering - an extra 15 minutes drive so not too bad, I've yet to go try but I will soon!) but that is an awesome sport to learn regardless!

I became an affiliate of Professor Fernando in 2015. He, along with his team welcomed me and my team with open arms. They share all their information with me and help me with my academy. They are never more than a phone call away to help me and my team.

My son has been going to Action & Reaction for over a year and these guys really put on a great show! The instructors are patient and explain things in a simple manner for the kids, everyone is always having a good time and it's my son's absolutely favorite activity.
Can't wait for the quarentines to be over so he can get back into it, great exercise and a huge boost in self confidence for the young ones!

I don't know what all I can say about this amazing family-run gym... it's amazing and the VERY best in the greater Toronto area in my opinion! Professor Fernando has always treated me very well from day #1 and I honestly cannot say enough good about him. I would strongly recommend making this place your martial arts home base as the wealth of knowledge and world-class skill here is incredible. Trust me if you want to really get involved and better at Brazilian Jiu-jitsu you CANNOT go wrong with this place!

I have been training at A&R for 7 years or so in both jiu jitsu and kickboxing, and couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Great teachers, wonderful training environment, huge schedule of different classes, great value for the price. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn martial arts from and with the best!

This is a world class destination for training BJJ and definitely the best facility in the Greater Toronto Area with top level coaches and competitors! Professor Fernando, has created a amazing culture and I'm so happy my three kids have all trained here for years! If you are looking for the best instruction, competition level rolls, fun yet disciplined training for the kids, a clean gym and to be a part of a Jiu Jitsu family then this is 100% where you want to be!
