It is so unfortunate that the owner(s) or who ever is responding to this, is making up stories to make a honest review look bad. I have not been rude to anyone. No one ever cried. If someone did cry and I was so rude, why were you asking me to come back to the clinic in your original response?
Seems like you have also edited your original response where you said "sometimes your staff is overbooked". If you would have seen this review as feedback to improve your practice and actually try to address my concerns -- instead of trying to make me look bad, I would have had more respect for

Align custom fit footwear & footcare is an amazing place to shop for custom fit footwear as well as footcare in their awesome foot clinic and spa. Darius is an master of his art, he listens to you patiently and advises and explains you what is best for the comfort and well being of your feet. Teressa is such a darling and a lovely person she truly knows how to make you feel valued as a customer. I had a body align assessment with Brandon. He gave me a very detailed and comprehensive feedback on my body, the postures I use etc, most of which I had no clue about. Once the results came in and O got the orthotic, he showed me exercises I can do to correct them and it's very fascinating to see the mind body connection to correct the posture.
Give these guys a try for sure, the best in the business

I would definitely recommend this place for orthotics.

First time in my life and first time in this place to order orthopedic insoles. Prior I went to other places to check the prices and the service. This one was the one that impressed me the most. You feel welcomed the moment you enter. They treat you like they have known you already. Every question was answered so professional and the service was just perfect. I was so impressed with the knowledge of Tavish, the practitioner who evaluated my feet, my walking, with so many details. Just to make sure I will get the perfect foot orthotics and no pain anymore.
