Called twice but no response. Left a voice note but no call back. Was able to reach out the 3rd day and got a quote which was almost 2x the premium I am paying to my existing company. That was really surprising but well...
Lastly I was told they will get back with a better quote and complete silence ever since.
Would recommend better customer service and ofcourse better rates.

I've had the best experience with securing our insurance for commercial, auto and home through Prateek and Navdeep. My motorcycle brokedown during the Covid lockdown, so I decided to stop riding, as well the insurance for awhile. Coming back was so easy to navigate with the help of Prateek Ranjan in Gagan's team. He was responsive in everyway as there were documents that were new to me (e.g. getting the driver abstract). Amazing service. Fast and effective!
