If your vehicle was damaged from a hail storm, you are required to contact SGI first if you want to make an insurance claim. Once you have received your claim number then contact us so we can schedule you in! If your vehicle is unsafe or unable to be driven, it will be towed through the insurance claims department and then brought to your shop of choice.

I have been going to PARR Autobody for years now. There is simply no other provider of such exceptional and professional service in Saskatoon. Their work is precise and meticulous and they even clean your vehicle for you. They will arrange a rental should you require it, and always meet you with positivity and professionalism. This company supports local (fundraisers and businesses) which is just amazing for our community. I will be back again- well hopefully not too soon though lol. Wonderful experience with PARR. They were so helpful from the get-go and arranged everything. Being a busy mom of 2 I practically live in my car during the week and I relished in my super clean vehicle when I got it back- sans goldfish crackers lol. Having my rental waiting for me, and a professional switching carseats both at drop off and pickup… was a huge relief. The email notification about what was going on with repairs was great. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else! Its definitely all the little details and customer service that puts them above the rest. Thank you PARR!

Three days before leaving on a work trip, I backed my van into the garage door. Parr worked with me to fix the problem quickly, and even split the repair into two sessions to make sure I was able to travel in time. Can't speak more highly of their customer service capabilities! Hopefully won't need them again, but if I do - they'll have my business.

My car was keyed which resulted in a pretty substantial scratch down the side. I opted for the less expensive option of just having it polished and touched up, as opposed to a full repaint. Their work is exceptional, though, as I can find no evidence of the scratch ever having been there. They also provided a small bottle of touch up paint (my car is not a standard colour) for me to take home, which was a nice touch. The staff is super friendly and professional, from reception through to the technicians. It's never fun when you have to get your vehicle repaired but they made it a positive experience

Had a great experience with Parr from the moment I booked in for my SGI claim assessment right through until pick up of my vehicle once repaired. Everything was quick and easy when I went in and the girls at the front desk were really friendly and seemed genuine. Once I brought my vehicle back for repairs I let them know I would be on holidays certain days and said no rush since I’ll be gone but they ended up having it finished before I even left! They originally told me mid to end of week and it was ready on Monday! They also kept me up to date throughout the time the had it with updates via

From my first contact with the Parr team I feel like they were there to make my experience easy. From front reception, the shuttle driver to the estimator...they were all well trained, friendly and informed. I even got email updates to track my vehicles progress!

I recently had my car detailed by the crew at Parr Auto body, and they did an amazing job! My vehicle has never been so clean. They also replaced my headlight bulbs on the house - talk about great customer service! Francis provided me with a ride home after I dropped my vehicle off, and she was a treat to visit with! Everyone I dealt with was incredibly nice and polite. I truly appreciate the work they did, kudos to Chelsea and Brayden and thank you again for the gift certificate. I got rear ended the start of July, and I came here to get my claim done. Best decision! I was contacted asking if I wanted to get my car fixed July 27 and I told them I needed my car for the august long weekend and was scared they could not fix on time. Well after talking to them, they booked me the next morning, and I was able to pick my car up that day! I got my car fixed in a day! They had my new bumper painted and ready to go for my appointment. Parr did a great job with my car. A couple years ago I had hail damage that they repaired. I noticed some rust spots on the roof this year and they took full responsibility for fixing those spots even though it had been a few years since the initial repairs. They also fully detailed the inside with shampooing and vaccumming. They also delivered my car to my house when it was finished. I was very impressed with their customer service and would gladly use their business again.

Amazing customer service that was very helpful with all of our questions and gave regular quick updates. Very happy with the cleaning they did for the vehicle and the repair was outstanding, you couldn't even tell it was fixed. Nobody wants to have damage to their car but these guys at Parr make it like it never happened. Will come back to them in the future if I ever have an issue.

I had my car fixed here after a fender bender and I was looked after very well. From the first phone call right thru to the day I picked it up every interaction was professional and friendly. They assisted me with SGI paperwork, they organized my rental, they were timely with completing the work, and when I picked up my car they had amazing chocolate chip cookies :) And most important, they did a great job on my car’s repairs.

Excellent level of service, prompt communication and great work done on my car which is a very challenging car to work on to say the least.
They did the job well and went the extra mile with some small but very… meaningful work that they did. This was work that I was asking about casually during a ride to work - I definitely didn't expect anything but my driver obviously took notes. Was just wanting to know how to do it myself. My car was also clean inside and out which wasn't a requirement for the work.
I see lots of evidence of a great work culture here. I can't imagine going anywhere
