Can't say enough about Frank Merigliano's professionalism and knowledge of the Toronto RE market. As an example of the benefit of using Frank's expertise, we followed his marketing plan for our classic Semi in the Parkdale neighborhood.. (the haunted house of Beaty Ave.) it had great bones but needed massive updating and repairs... We rec'd 25 offers and accepted one which netted us $600k over our asking price. Call Frank. No bs.
