Worst experience dealing with this company - would give it 0 stars if I could. Held my things for 3 weeks, and when finally about to dispatch - was told that I have to pay crazy additional fees for the driver to unload the goods, otherwise I am responsible for getting on their truck to unload the shipment myself. I've dealt with various logistics companies for my small business and never experienced such ridiculous and horrendous customer service, demand for BS fees and long hold up. Never use this company.
