Services
Established in 2003, Western Gasco Cylinders Ltd. is British Columbia's largest independent distributor of welding supplies, industrial supplies, and compressed gases. We distribute these products through our three locations; Surrey, Abbotsford, Kelowna and Prince George. We also have a network of depots throughout the province.
The team at Western Gasco is extremely knowledgeable and bring many years of industry experience to our customers. We have the answers to all your questions, if not we can find them; we can source almost any welding product;we offer a full service repair shop for all welding equipment; and we deliver.
Our higly trained service personnel offer prompt service for all major brands of welding equipment. We specialize in Lincoln, Miller, Hobart, Thermal Arc and Hypertherm wedling equipment. Renting welding equipment from Western Gasco provides a flexible low cost solution to handle machine downtime, extra work load, or a specific project.
Maxstar(R) 150 STL is portable in the shop or at the job site. Auto-line circuitry automatically connects to 115 - 230 VAC, single-phase power. Lift-Arc start provides TIG arc starting without the use of high frequency. The 252 is perfect for industrial applications such as metal fabrication, maintenance & repair, farm/home as well as light industrial work.
Western Gasco has on-site filling of small cylinders for several gases including argon, 75-25 (argon/CO2) oxygen, nitrogen and helium. We also fill all sizes of carbon dioxide cylinders. We will fill as you wait or become a Western Gasco customer and just exchange your empty cylinder for a full one.

I was in at Western Gasco last I was in at Western Gasco and they took such good care of me by explaining everything I needed and educating me to help me get started with welding and even encouraging me to get a donut (Which was good). The donut was so good I had to buy them some more.

Horrible customer service. Called to get pricing on CO2 cylinders for buying vs renting, and the employee I spoke to was very condescending, rude, and quite unprofessional. He seemed to get frustrated with only 2-3 questions I asked, and actually raised his voice and used unprofessional language - seeming not to care about me as a potential client. I wouldn’t recommend this company for your CO2 needs, go to Praxair or some other company that will treat you better as a client.

Just a hack reseller of one of the big 3 gas companies. Bargaining for prices with 2 of the big 3 gas suppliers got us way better deals . Most of the staff think they are some sort of mafia gas company. Some staff are REJECTS from competitors and the big 3.. Central are even better than these bozos.

These guys are super friendly and as equally helpful. I had a leaky CO2 tank, which turned out to be a burst disk. Without asking for it. they provided me with a full loaner tank until mine is serviced. In just about every industry these days, it seems problem solving is becoming a lacking "skill" - so this was very much appreciated.
