The Client Portal provides an electronic delivery system of documents via a fully encrypted cloud-based program. Clients are able to submit documents which are then moved out of the portal into our internal system. Clients may delete a document if necessary. Access can be delegated to bookkeepers and staff and can be updated accordingly by notifying us.

BEWARE OF RAMKI BALAKRISHNAN. He was with my firm ETI, as a COO, for about 7 months. I am the CEO and Founder of ETI. He was the biggest mistake I made in over 20 years of business. To start with he is a nice warm hearted person on a social level, but quite the train wreck on a business level. The claims of what he did on his Linked In profile at ETI are mostly false. You can confirm this with almost any of the current 20 team members on our team today. In terms of people selection, he hired four people, all of which were the wrong fit and he failed to train or onboard for success, these individuals
