They did my 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 Tax returns and apparently they did 2 out of the years wrong. I called them and they seemed to care and say they will fix the error. I get called by Krystal and she says it is fixed and to stop by to pick up the 2 years they did wrong ! So I can mail them in. Well I stop by and they ask for Money ? I had already paid over $450 to do all 4 years and now they want me to pay for the mistake they made ? Well paid it as this Krystal lady was like well my time is money ! I said well why not do it correctly in the first place so I don’t need to waste my time trying
