We recently used Excel for transfer to Whistler from Vancouver for the second time and cannot speak highly enough of their service. When travel plans went haywire, Howie was extremely responsive within minutes and accommodated a 12-hour difference in our schedule. The vehicles were clean and luxurious, drivers were friendly and professional, and prices were more than fair. We will absolutely use Excel next time we are in the Vancouver area.

Doug, our driver, was 15 minutes early for a 4:30am pickup. He was totally professional, helpful, and polite. The Sprinter Van that took our family of 8 (with 15+ bags of ski gear) was comfortable and plenty spacious. Doug drove very smoothly on the twisty downhill road from Whistler to Vancouver. Highly recommended!

Excel Limo is THE BEST! The driver was on time and courteous. The car was clean and comfortable. But the real reason I'm moved to write this review is because the dispatcher, Howie, truly went above and beyond to help me out. I'd reserved the ride from Whistler to Vancouver where I and my two teens, and 6 bags plus skis were to pick up a rental car at Avis. When we arrived i realized that I'd left my purse, with my wallet, driver's license, and all three of our passports back in Whistler! Howie didn't have another driver heading down to the city but he called around to other drivers and companies

Top notch Limousine service. Due to complications with my travel, I needed to book a service at short notice. I didnt do any research but took the recommendation of another transport company that was unable to fill my request. Excel far exceeded my expectations. Not only was the vehicle clean, well maintained, and safe, but the driver was safe, friendly and courteous. The driver knew the area very well and provided excellent tips and insights for the area I am staying.

So beyond impressed with the quality of care from Excel. I booked a YVR airport round trip for my parent's wedding anniversary weekend and just wanted them to feel pampered and taken care of. I'm so glad we chose to go with Excel -- Andy was their first driver and he texted me personally to say that they had arrived safely at the hotel. They loved their second driver, Bob, too. This whole team is 10/10 and the process start to finish was so painless. I couldn't recommend them more.

I was debating between using Uber, Lyft or local cab services and chanced on Excel Limousine Service. I am so glad to have chosen the right car service for my trip to YVR airport from South Surrey - flying to LAX. Andy arrived 15 minutes from our appointed 7:30, the car was spotless, he was wearing a mask, polite, efficient and a fantastic safe driver. I was very pleased with the service I received from Excel Limousine Service. Our driver was on-time, courteous and professional. He knew an efficient route to the Airport from our SFU address and the trip was very pleasant indeed. I will definitely be using Excel Limousine for future trips.
Addendum: I had my second experience with Excel Limousine on December 18, 2020 and it was just as pleasant as the first. It is really reassuring to know that you will have a reliable professional driving you to the airport in a clean comfortable car. I will be using their service exclusively, from now on.

Howie and his team were all super professional and accommodating. First time i used a car service in Vancouver/whislter area (we usually rent a car). After some research i discovered rental car companies do not equip with snow tires. My family happen to go up to Whistler during a pretty crazy snow storm. I know 100% we would have not made it up the mountain in a rental.

Originally I had booked a 2 hour sightseeing trip in a sedan with Griffin based on a hotel recommendation. They were more expensive than most but when they took off a half hour for pickup travel time in the same city, I cancelled and called Excel. I am so glad that I did. The whole experience was perfect! Excel handled the reservation quickly and gave me the name and number of the driver the day of the pickup. The driver, Bryan, arrived early and didn't make us feel we had to rush. This limousine service offers one of the best experiences on the planet!! I travel the world and this company made it super easy to book and knew exactly what was needed to transport my family, luggage and skies from Vancouver to Whistler, BC. I chose Howie and Excel because of the previous reviews. The reviews are accurate. My family and I traveled in safety, comfort and luxury with very professional service. Even after delays from coming off the cruise ship, our driver was prompt and made a stressful morning departure back to the other side of the continent successful. Very thorough- down to searching the whole cabin of the van and finding my cell phone (averted disaster) and suggesting we use a cab from the hotel to the ship, instead of taking advantage of the situation and taking more money from me. Excellent company.

I was a little worried the night before my family left Vancouver as I still hadn't arranged for our ride to the airport, and it looked like most services wanted more than 12 hours of notice to book transportation. In addition, I already had a bad experience trying to get a high occupancy taxi in Vancouver. I called Excel as well as a few other services that had good ratings on Yelp and found that Excel's prices were competitive and they were able to accommodate a same day pickup to take my family (four of us) to the airport. I ended up booking Excel, and am very thankful I did!

We couldn't be more pleased with the service. The night before our cruise left, we were mulling over options to walk or take public transportation to the port from our hotel. With 5 people, 5 large suitcases and 5 small ones, we decided to look at Excel Limo. We reached out in the morning and received a response within two hours. They were professional and received great communication. We, also, decided to book the service after our cruise, it was great.

My group hired Excel Limousine for our prom and we were extremely happy with the service. The limo arrived early, and our driver Howie was very patient, helpful, and courteous.
He offered us complimentary bottled water, and he even went above and beyond his services by fulfilling my friends' requests to pick up some Chicken McNuggets!
