Our client is currently looking for a qualified part-time Payroll, AP/AR Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will need to be a Bullhorn and QuickBooks expert, who know how to successfully operate the software with minimal supervision. The candidate must have a positive and organized with the ability to jump into a new working environment quickly and effectively, and must work well in a team environment.

I have never worked with a recruitment agency before, and Big Fish Staffing have definitely set the standard high. Donna has been extremely helpful and professional in assisting me find a role as I am new to Canada. I have been informed and supported throughout the interview processes, and she has checked in to see how I'm doing. Although they are employed by the company and not by the candidates, they still really have your best interests at heart. Could not recommend them enough!

I've had an opportunity to deal with the professionals over at Big Fish Staffing, and not only was I impressed with their commitment to local charities (Twenty-five cents from every hour billed is deducted from Big Fish profits and is donated to a charity on a quarterly basis!) but also the professional and detailed approach they took to me as a candidate. I highly recommend dealing with this agency for all staffing and job search needs!

I would give zero if possible as well. There is extensive testing which I've had to do with other agencies but maybe an hours worth. Not 5-6 hours worth. Went in for initial meeting. Gave references & finally did all testing Only to have no follow-up. Emailed constantly about postings online I was qualified for and interested in to either get no reply or a reply a week later that the job was gone or they were "working on it". All interviews were for positions I had zero interest in. Went to another agency and had a full time job in under a week.
