My name is Steve Anonby. In 1997 I was serving on pastoral staff at a multi-denominational church on the UBC campus. During that time, I began my used hot tub venture on the side as a money-making hobby (to support my ministry habit).
Being raised as a missionary's kid and having traveled all over the world, it has always bothered me how people in North America throw things away instead of repairing them, so I found it fun and satisfying to salvage and recycle unwanted hot tubs in my spare time.As my knowledge grew, and as my contacts increased and my reputation improved, my hobby gradually developed into a respectable little business.

I bought my hot tub from Steve back in 2017 and had no problems until I forgot to power it down when I drained it. I thought I may have blown a pump, but when I got Alex on the phone, he walked me through testing my fuses, and sure enough that was the issue. I picked up a new fuse from them and they didn't even charge me. The tub is back up and running great. Thanks for making this such a pleasant experience.

I know that this may not be typical but I would like to share my experience with Hot Tubs Galore. On the hottest day yet this year, one of my locking collars split allowing for water to pour out. The very next day Hot Tub Galore tech Chris came with the requisite parts and was able to get us up and running again. A big thank you to Steve, Alex, and Chris as I am recovering from perthes disease and a hip replacement and the tub is instrumental in my recovery. I highly recommend this business for their ethical business practices. They are so easy to deal with.

The most import thing when you do business with some is honesty and integrity specially when this is your first time buying a hot tub and you have no idea.
Steve is a very honest and professional business man.
I bought my hot tub from "Hot Tubs Galore" and I have a very good experience.
Steve, was very informative and telling us everything upfront about our purchase so we paid and he arrange the delivery to my backyard.
After we turned on the tub we realized there are some issues with couple of the jets and also heater.
We contacted Steve and even it was after 5pm on Friday he kindly answered
