OPINION OF VALUE - We can determine the market value of your property for you by researching recent sales and the current inventory for sale. MLS LISTING - Multiple listing service exposes your property to all Realtors across the country. We will list it on the Regional MLS System. Depending on the location of your property, we will also list on other real estate boards to maximize your exposure.
We have experienced hundreds of different situations while working with both buyers and sellers that enables us to anticipate potential problems and consequently avoid them. Experience has also taught us how to deal with unforeseen issues that arise despite our best efforts. We have completed the OREA program to the level of obtaining our 'Brokers' licenses under the Ontario Real Estate & Business Brokers Act.
