They performed and expensive appraisal on my home and they felt short by approximately 100-200K on the estimation of value. I gave them the opportunity to review the appraisal by providing them with a full video of the house with comments (I have 15 years of experience appraising the value of homes) Both the appraiser and the owner of the company debunked every single one of my comments without giving merit to any of them. They compared homes that were siding onto cemeteries and active Quarries to mine that is backing, siding and fronting onto conservation area with the view of the Niagara Escarpment

Real Estate Appraising was fantastic during a very stressful time! Jim was the appraiser that came to my house - he was on time, answered all of my numerous questions and was friendly and made me feel comfortable as he went through our home. The cost was very reasonable considering that he had to drive quite far to get to us. I have and will continue to recommend this company to friends/family and coworkers.
