Services
Hull Services has long had a reputation for providing leading edge child, youth, and family mental health services. We work with children, youth, and families who have experienced significant challenges. Hull offers them an opportunity to seek well-being and happiness, with a focus on mental health.
Hull Services offers an integrated continuum of 28 programs in addition to professional training services and workshops in Calgary and beyond. Through these programs and services Hull provides effective behavioural and mental health treatment and support for children and their families. Self-referral programs are open to the public to refer themselves to without requiring a referral by a health care professional, service or agency.
The impact of developmental trauma is devastating - early, repeated trauma and/or loss that occurs in the first five years of a child's life disrupts a child's important cognitive, neurological, and psychological development. Developmental trauma occurs within the context of the child's important relationships and is often the result of abandonment, abuse or neglect.
For more than 55 years, Hull Services has been supporting the mental health and behavioural needs of our most vulnerable children, youth and families, across Calgary and parts of Alberta. However, we do not do this alone. Hull Services partners with various agencies to help us achieve our goal of resilient young people and families thriving within communities that support their mental health and well-being.
Within Trauma-Informed Services (TIS) at Hull Services, clinical practice and service delivery employ the core concepts of the NM and Trauma-Informed Care guiding principles. Clinicians within TIS have backgrounds in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapy and have received extensive training in the Neurosequential Model.

The staff drive dangerously putting their clients and the general public at risk. They are a public safety concern. The assistant controller does not follow up, respond to emails or voicemails and is very difficult to work with. They leave conflicts unresolved and do not attempt to make amends when they are in the wrong.

Hobble when I went there 12 years ago unless they have changed they should be run out of business horrible food didn’t even eat it at all it was too gross starved kids most of the time moldey food that made people very sick I was always trying to get out of the dump because the staff were such evil notzes and bet kids up all the time I have bad permanent injuries because of those notzes
