Food, beverage, staffing, and rentals will all be listed and charged separately on your proposal as per your specific event needs. Our event specialists will work with you to determine details regarding your guest count, venue and cooking facilities, bar and beverage details, service timeline, and more.

Our Poke Bar will take you all the way back to your vacation in Honolulu, including the fresh caught seafood and custom made furikake seasoning. Our Smoking Seafood Station perfectly displays the best of the worlds oceans in a creative and unique style. Fresh seafood sits atop preserved moss, smoking from below.

Our company hired Cocktails & Canapés for an in-house holiday party, and had a very positive experience. Our event was a hit! Everything transpired so smoothly (I was preparing myself for something to go wrong but it didn’t!). A huge part of that success was their service. The team arrived at the perfect time, the food was there in time before the guests arrived. All of the items on the menu were a hit (a lot of guests took the leftovers) and I had multiple guests ask me where the dinner was catered from. The team definitely helped us level up from our past events!

The team was exceptionally helpful throughout the planning process and the staff on the evening of the event were wonderful. Friendly, attentive and very clean. The kitchen was left sparkling! The charcuterie and oysters were especially delicious! Highly recommend.

What can I say... What an incredible experience. The company I work for decided to host our annual holiday party in-house this year. While there was some hesitation at first from folks who had a more traditional sit down dinner in mind, C&C delivered and blew them away. Alex was an amazing coordinator who was always available to respond to any questions and assist with defining our food options, staffing and rentals. She was also super detail oriented and made personalized menus for the bar. She even made the effort to come help set up the day of the event.

About six weeks prior to our wedding, we were forced to do a last minute venue change and required a caterer. Cocktails & Canapes was highly recommended to us by multiple people for both the quality of their food and their service.

We hired Cocktails & Canapes to cater an appreciation event for our staff and they knocked it out of the park! The food was fresh and delicious with options for everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions. We loved that they prepared the food on site and were able to time new batches along with the ebbs and flows of our drop-in event. Plus, they came prepared with To Go boxes for anyone who couldn't stay or was grabbing food for a coworker on shift.

Cocktails & Canapes was one of the true highlights of our wedding! We loved every minute of working with them, starting with an incredible tasting experience all the way to the big day. Sooo thankful to have found these guys to cater appies for my wedding. It took me a long time to find a caterer that was willing to work with my budget. A lot of snobby caterers in Vancouver...These guys were so sweet and great to work with. The food was excellent of course and the service really blew me away. The staff were really friendly and professional. I would love to hire them again for another occasion.
