We just completed our pre-buying home inspection with Brent. He was so detailed in his report and took the time to explain things to us during the inspection. He also would answer any questions about little things we were worried about. He also gave us tips on things to watch for as time goes by in our home. When we need another inspection we will be using him again for sure!!

Nick was the person who completed our inspection and he was great, super knowledgeable and very informative! Nick was very professional and efficient in his inspection. He answered all our questions and gave us great tips on how to spot common problems. He also had several suggestions that will come in handy when we move in. The written report was comprehensive and included pictures which is a very nice touch. We received the report within 24 hours. Nick did a great job inspecting my new house. He walked me through things to watch out for and common maintenance items. The report was thorough and arrived quickly after the inspection (less than 24 hours). It was a busy time of year before Christmas and Nick was able to accommodate our timeframe. Incredibly thorough! We are buying our first house and our realtor invited Nick to perform the formal inspection. He took the time to narrate his findings as he went about the inspection and caught minute imperfections I would never notice, but would cost us a pretty penny to fix.
We have so much peace of mind knowing exactly where our property needs improvement and being able to negotiate bigger issues (like curling shingles) with the seller.

Nick was fantastic to deal with. He was very thorough and professional, but also took the time to answer questions and explain items found during the inspection. Other inspectors may tell you how much insulation is present, but Nick will also tell you if what is there is sufficient and meets code. His experience and expertise were very evident which made us feel good about the inspection and the value of the service. Reporting was detailed, accurate and delivered very quickly. We couldn’t be happier with RGC and will recommend and use them whenever possible.
