Personal injury law is an area of civil law concerned with providing monetary compensation to victims of accidents and civil wrongs. The injured person bringing the lawsuit is called the "plaintiff, " and the person or entity allegedly responsible for the injury is called the "defendant." Slip and Fall claims can occur anywhere and by the negligence of anyone.
If you are injured in an accident involving a motor vehicle, you are entitled to apply for medical, economic, and other benefits. It does not matter who is at fault for the accident. If you are injured because of a car accident, you are entitled to apply, even if you do not have insurance. The amount and type of benefits available depend on the type of injury.
First party claim is designed to offer various types of benefits to any injured party in an insured automobile, such as medical and rehabilitation, Income Replacement, Non Earner and Caregiver Benefits (if Catastrophic) and Attendant Care Benefits. Each benefits has certain limits either monetary or by time it is paid out.
Cyclists involved in an accident with an Insured Automobile will be entitled to Accident Benefits (first party Claim) and Third Party Claim (tort), similarly just like vehicle to a vehicle collision. I want thank David and Omar for doing such a great job with my wife settlement case. my wife and I met in car accident in 2017 and we were advised to get separate lawyers to handle our case. Mk legal goes above and beyond for me. They where professional, friendly and most of all they care.
