I love these guys! They are reliable, prompt and honest, all good qualities in a business. I love that they are locally owned and operated too. They removed an old mattress for me today. I like their style and will certainly use them again regardless of my load size.

The employees were very friendly! Worked very efficiently to remove the products. The pricing was well explained and was reasonably priced. We were given a 2 hour window and then a call when they were 5 minutes away! Highly recommend!

Professionals through and through! This crew operates their business beside ours and they are awesome to have in the neighbourhood. The owners are excellent at what they do and incredibly friendly! We had a rental property where the tenants had accumulated considerable junk, called Atlas as they are a Victoria company and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent!! They were on time, communicated well, and did a great job removing all the junk, all 1,900 lbs worth!! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service. Booking was so easy and friendly. Two men showed up on time sharp, and took away all items plus even some last-minute recycles as well. Very friendly and professional with keeping great attitude during hard work. This is my second time for hiring Atlas and I have been so much satisfied every time. Highly recommend. I will keep using Atlas Junk Removal in the future without any hesitation.

Moving away from Victoria and ended up having more stuff than I could bring with me so I left it at my parents house and when I called Atlas they said they could do everything remotely. They arrived within 24 hours of me calling and they cleared everything away and I was able to pay online. They made it super easy. Brooklen helped with everything on the phone and she was super friendly. I would highly recommend using Atlas!

Super quick and friendly staff came by today to pick up a bunch of stuff we had in the yard. Rate we were charged was less than I expected from the quick eyeball quote they provided when we had them come by while they were at a neighbors. It was quite reasonable compared to what I paid at a well known competitor. Nice that they use scales on the truck instead of just eyeball charging at the end so the costs are more tangible and consistent to what you send out. They even took my old paint cans which saved me a ton of time! Will definitely use again.

The guys at Atlas are incredible. They respond right away with any inquiries and make booking a bin rental or a truck super easy. Their website is excellent and has all the information you need. If you do have questions, you can text them and they respond immediately. They are friendly, professional, and best of all, there are no surprises or hidden fees. I cannot recommend them enough. I have called a lot of hauling companies to remove different material, but they always give vague estimates. Bin companies have so many hidden fees.

I highly recommend Atlas Junk Removal. Aaron and Wes are extremely professional. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, left the site very neat and clean and charged a fair and very reasonable price for the job they did. I have used other removal companies in the past, but will be giving Atlas all my business from now on!
