Recently got my computer fixed here. Honestly, the best bang for you buck. Had parts within the day and had my computer back within two days. They're affordable, easy to contact, and always are responsive, even late at night. They're extremely dedicated to their business, and I highly recommend. Even after I had my computer back, my questions were answered.

Had an amazing remote experience with Paul. A friend who is disabled had been scammed by a supposed Amazon, she is housebound and lives by her computer. Her computer is using linux as its operating system, something we were not familiar with. Paul managed to rectify things by remotely talking us thru it. All this at no charge. Paul provided excellent, responsive service, diagnosed the problem and fixed the motherboard so I can continue using my five-year-old Macbook Pro for many more years. The price was also very reasonable -- I will return to UHelpCo for any future repairs!

I was in middle of a tense program, and computer is my life line for daily quiz and exams. I was so impressed and appreciated from his professional service. So I can have my computer upgraded and fixed within a few hours. strong recommend him to everyone and any issue of your computer. He is the best in Vancouver.

I spilled tea all over my external hard drive that contained all of my work and the interior was flooded. Paul took the drive in on Friday afternoon, sent me timely updates on his progress throughout Saturday, and had the drive ready for pickup by Sunday. He recovered all of my data, and even moved it onto a brand new hard drive for me. This was all done at an astonishingly low flat rate for the service, and a price for the new hard drive lower that was lower than the market value. I cannot recommend this service enough for all computer-related needs!

My 4 year old laptop had developed a pretty serious hardware related issue, the factory solder was failing. After making a few inquiries about the issue with different outlets it was clear Paul at UHelpCo had a better understanding of the issue. Instead of having to replace some expensive components Paul was confident he would be able to repair the issue even though it would have been much easier for him to replace with new parts. This repair was performed successfully at a fraction of the quoted pricing I received elsewhere.

Great service from owner Paul. My laptop screen stopped working suddenly at 7pm in the evening and I had a important assignment submission the very next day. Although the shop closed at 7pm, Paul received my call and called me to his workshop which was open till 9pm. I reached there at 8 and he met me outside and showed the screen which he thinks will fit. Then he took 45mins to replace my screen and it was good as new. I really liked this very quick turnaround and polite attitude of Paul even outside his qorking hours. Highly recommend him.

Paul is very thorough and pleasant to deal with. I first used his services about four years ago when he removed a virus from my laptop. At that time, he had it back to normal, with a an anti-virus installed and my OS optimized in less than two days on weekend. This time, my laptop had died finally after I had dropped it and he recovered the hard drive, replaced it with a solid state drive in four days - over the Thanksgiving Day weekend. I really thought I was going to have to get a new laptop, but he's revived it and it's running better than before.
