I bought two movable shades from them in 2013, and one of the shades just failed recently. I emailed the owner (Kim) via their website form and received a response in the same day. The owner's husband Ken came to my place and took the shade for repair. The shade was fixed within a week. They are very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services.
