Due to the pandemic our organization (Alberta Union of Provincial Employees) had to pivot all of our 2021 AGMs to be fully virtual and online. AUPE organizes its 95,000 members into 384 chapters and 33 locals which are spread out across the province. Our AGMs require consistency with it’s secure voting, reporting, and meeting structure. Kiwi Productions Virtual event platform was able to provide secure member authentication along with form submissions, file sharing and Virtual meeting hosting. Due to the complexity of our nomination and election process Kiwi Productions customized its voting

I’ve had a chance to work with Bryce and KiwiProductions for the last few years. He has always been professional and flexible to the needs of our organization. We have done everything from live events to this year’s virtual event and in each case, he has been able to execute an outstanding presentation that has left our students and parents extremely satisfied. With this year being so unique, Bryce offered up the options of pre recording and using the Kiwi studios for segments and created a seamless recording of the event that was so well received by all.

Kiwi Productions made the Evening To Remember Event a big success. The quality of service was outstanding. They helped us present our live event seamlessly and also made it appear as if it were in person. The director was so helpful in answering our questions and even made a lot of last minute changes. Kiwi Productions did a great job with our 2020 District Conference, Vision 2020, held online on September 12th.
They looked after all aspects of the event, with the creation of the website, helped with registration, promotion, set up Project Fair booths, etc.
They coordinated the speakers, who were mostly live, from different areas of the world, the streaming of the event, audio, and more, all from their A/V studio in Edmonton.
A family run business who put in extra effort for their clients, I highly recommend them!

As the Producer for the 2019 Alberta Country Music Awards, we contracted Bryce and his team for all of our video needs. We couldn't have been more thrilled with the digital assets that were created for our show. The nominee videos were of a nationally televised show quality and they really elevated our show this year. Kiwi also produced our livestream broadcast to facebook and youtube. We had nothing but rave reviews from those who watched at home, to the sponsor who made the livestream possible. We hired Bryce and Kiwi Productions to put on a virtual youth conference for us, including website, livestream, and video production. With only a six-week timeframe, we had a very tight turnaround, but Bryce was always very responsive and worked around the clock to ensure our event was the best it could be.
For the event’s website, we provided the design elements and Bryce put it all together beautifully, walking our team through the site in the early stages and implementing our feedback in a timely manner.

We worked with Bryce and his team at Kiwi Productions to produce our 2020 online conference. Bryce provided hosting website and design, pre-tapes of over 50 speakers/moderators, post production services, and live support during the conference. While we had originally wanted to do our conference in person, COVID made that impossible. Going online with Kiwi offered us a great alternative. From the feedback we received from delegates, they were impressed by both the quality and professional look and feel of the conference. We are hoping to work with Kiwi again in the near future.

With the need for our festival to move online, Bryce was quick to answer the call on very short notice. Kiwi Productions edited and packaged clips of archival Folk Festival footage swiftly and professionally, meeting every deadline set forth. Bryce was a pleasure to communicate with over the phone, and took the time to through talk through our projects and timelines answering any questions we had.

Kiwi Productions helped Edmonton International Airport host our 2020 annual public meeting. They were professional and highly knowledgeable and really supported our team. I did not worry about any technical glitches because i knew they would fix everything in advance! They were very collaborative throughout the whole process.
