Prior to the install of the CCTV cameras I had exchanged text and phone calls with Shawn to ensure I am educated more on the product. Shawn was amazing in his response and addressing all my questions. On the day of install Shawn and Steven were on site to check how to best set up the CCTV cameras. As Steven was doing the install he was amazing in his craft while also explaining to me what he was doing and answering my 100 questions LOL. The job took a bit longer than anticipated but that is to be expected as noone can know what is behind every wall. The reason they got 5 stars for me is not only
