Martech Group Inc. was established in 2006 by Mr. Marwan Essa, P.Eng, GSC, EP as an engineering (consultancy) firm serving customers in the Canadian market. Over the years Martech Group has expanded into a multidisciplinary firm offering a wide spectrum of services in environmental sciences, industrial hygiene, building sciences and engineering.
Martech Group is currently engaged in various projects throughout Ontario and Quebec. Our projects range from small scale residential projects to large scale commercial projects and industrial projects. Some of our past and present projects. The building was located in the downtown Toronto core and was a sensitive telecommunications building with seven operating levels.
Building conditions assessment is done mainly for renewal purposes, risk management, for asset management purposes or as a result of concern for occupants' health and safety or to maximize the life of buildings systems. A Building Conditions Assessment performed by Martech Group includes an inspection of the building envelope, electrical and mechanical systems and fire and exterior site features.
A respirator is a breathing quality enhancement devise that is designed to eliminate or minimize the exposure of the person utilizing a respirator to dusts, biological, particulates or chemical exposures. Because we as humans have different shapes and sizes of faces, respirators come in different shapes and sizes.

I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting Marwan who fit tested my staff and 4 other offices for masks. He is pleasant, knowledgable and caring. He spent 7 hours at my office fit testing everyone and was very professional.
