Found two multiview workers working on an old bell box on our property (built into our building wall). We didn't receive any notice that they would be working on our property, and the two workers could not produce any ID or business card. Even worse, neither them or the person I got on the phone felt it was necessary to let us know.
Lack of professionalism at best - disrespectful and dangerous at worst.
[Updated June 30 after reply] - we are a business (warehouse), and while I understand that we live in a digital age, we still expect anyone on our property to be able to prove who they're working

They were hired by one locate to have our property located before digging. They were supposed to have located by last night at the latest. People ready to dig this weekend and couldn't start because they didn't locate, never called, or emailed or messaged. Btw , they can't be reached for emergency after hours either.

We had been involved with MultiView for several years as they were the main marketing & web media services for a large association we belong to. Their customer service representatives are pushy to the point of harassment. Their "target" marketing services have never met their mark and their knowledge of some of the industries the represent or support is very weak. Overall very disappointed with their approach and service.

These people are not profesional at all. Called these Company to do the located at one of the job sites and they lost time of the three hours for a small area. We has to pay three hours for their service including the worker breakfast I guess. The report for the findings was poor and unprofessional. We claimed the wrongful payments charged but they did not bother to talk to us ( just an arrogant e-mail from the Company owner). We will never call this Company anymore and we will never recommend them.
