Services
Dr. Shetty received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1990 and his Masters of Dental Surgery in Oral Pathology in 1995, from the University of Bombay, India. He was in private practice and teaching till he moved to Canada in 2005. In Canada, he completed the Internationally Trained Dentists' program from the University of Western Ontario and received his DDS in 2007.
Your first visit to our office will primarily be for the purpose of gathering information necessary for us to plan your future dental care. We will perform an extensive and comprehensive examination of the teeth, gums, bite, joints, and soft tissue. When needed, and with your permission, we will utilize all appropriate x-rays, as well as intra-oral photographs of your teeth and jaws to identify areas of concern.
We take your children's dentistry needs very seriously. Our recommendation for your children is to come in for their first visit between 2-3 years of age. We often find that a "show and tell" approach is ideal for kids to have a positive dental experience free of anxiety and dental fear. At this appointment, they sit on the chair and undergo a visual examination, and are taught brushing.

Great dentist and friendly office. They are very inconvenient to deal with as they don't directly bill to insurance making it a huge hassle. I've gotten 2 types of dental services done here, on both occasions I had my insurance not cover some of the treatment which I did not find out until after treatment was completed. Office also charged more than the customary amount that insurance would cover. In my prior experience, most dental offices will only charge what they know insurance will cover but since this office doesn't directly bill, patients don't exactly know what will be covered by insurance

Dr Shetty has an excellent team, everyone is so pleasant and calming. They explained my treatment to me very well along with how’s and why’s of every step. They made sure that I was comfortable and got frequent breaks throughout the sitting since my jaws don’t hold the best. I had a bit of a problem after one of the procedures and they jumped right in the next day without delaying :) .
Dr Shetty was very patient with me and made sure I had no problems after my procedure.
Couldn’t possibly ask for a better experience !

Came here for an emergency appointment and ended up needing a root canal. I decided to have them do the procedure after being impressed by their exceptional hospitality as well as their health/safety measures in response to covid-19. My wisdom tooth extraction was done at this clinic three days back. The X-rays and initial assessment was done three weeks earlier by Dr Shetty. At the beckoning of my relatives, I consulted another dentist in Brampton who told me that my jaw bone being strong, he would have to engage the services of an expert for extraction, and which would,of course, entail additional charges.

I loved my visit to the dentist. The Hygienist Linda was wonderful! I have had bad experiences before and she had me completely at ease. She has a gentle touch and my cleaning and assessment was a breeze. Dr. Shetty was fast and efficient. He took the time to explain the work i needed done and why, which helped with my anxiety.
I have had a great deal of work done on my teeth and he was able to explain everything so that it made sense.
The technology used in the office is also top notch! They take photos of your teeth and show you where the problems are. This was great.

This place is hands down the best. Over the last 2 and half years, Dr Shetty has done 1 root canal, and 6 fillings for me. Each one of these procedures was done in the best way possible. He is caring, and highly skilled. I take my 5 year old to him as well. The staff over there is the best. Gladis who did all my billings; is the most competent administrator I have come across. The billings, insurance claims etc are handled without any complications. She does a through job understanding your insurance and advising you accordingly. Wow the staff are amazing!! I walked into the office today for my first visit and I will definitely be back! From the moment I was escorted to the chair by the hygienist, I immediately began to relax from her calm and caring manner. Dr. Shetty walked in and put me at ease right away. He was very welcoming, straight forward and professional. After my experience today, I'm not so nervous about going back next week for a major procedure.
