Used to work for thomas and I've seen some of the stuff he's gotten away with, particularly if a bolt snapped on your railing we would cut a bolt and glue it on. When I was working with him he instructed me to do so and even told me an inspector won't catch that because it looks good and the engineers do a visual inspection. Among other issues like smoking pot in his truck on his way to site same with the employees. That's why I worked for 3 years for him before being terminated for being "unprofessional" when I brought up mistreatment and bullying. Also the reimbursement of $50 or $100 for a good

First of all, I just want to say how impressed I was with the service and quality of work I got from these men at Heritage Deck and Rail.
I spoke to Ryan on the phone for a quote and he was punctual at getting back to me quickly and efficiently. Made shopping around for prices easy and the process from start to finish ran smooth.
I didn’t have to wait long to have someone come out to start my deck and it was completed before the short deadline I needed. The rail was installed beautifully and I got a lot of compliments on the new addition to my home.

Had my deck replaced a couple months back. I was having some serious water pooling issues in front of the door to my deck. The estimator came by the day after I called and gave a thorough breakdown of costs. About a week later they ripped it down to the framing, fixed the sloping issues and put down a beautiful waterproofing that looked like wooden planks. They also put a new glass railing up that looks awesome! My wife and I were very impressed with the finished product, short time line and attention to detail when installing and cleaning up. I would definitely recommend Heritage to friends, family
