I'm a Canadian artist who wanted first-class art to be accessible to everyone. I quickly learned that not all Gicle prints were created equally. After research and testing numerous different prints that faded, warped and loosened over time; I discovered that using ultra-high resolution scanning and the best materials available was the answer.

I had a lovely time visiting Sam’s gallery to choose a print and ask about having it shipped to the UK. The advice from Bob was super helpful, with the print (Tripping To Whistler) arriving promptly, and very well packaged.
It’s simply stunning! I honestly could not be happier and it’s so nice to finally own a piece of Sam’s art after admiring his work on social media for some time now. Looking forward to visiting the gallery again next time I’m in Vancouver! :)

Love Sam’s art. We saw his pictures in the paper and looked up his website. This is our first piece Port Moody Inlet. We have purchased Naramata and will hang it in our living room when the renovations are done. I am now looking at purchasing another. Can’t wait to see more new paintings. I do love his trees.

I started searching for extra large format art for my walls online. Lot of misses abs very generic, uninspired options out there. I’d initially been looking at photos printed on aluminum but the ones I liked didn’t vibe with my space. Amazingly, Sam’s Original Art came up on my second or third search, as I was shopping for local artists. I used to live really close by his shop in Vancouver I loved so many if his pieces I sent him a picture of my living space and told him the mood I was aiming for. I was very interested in several pieces from Sam's collection and I found his personalized photo service both unique and very helpful in making my decision on which painting to choose. I recently purchased a large print of Shimmering Waters, and so pleased with it. The rocks in the water seem so real you can almost hear them clacking in the waves. The colours are perfect and so suited to our West Coast forests and nature. I feel like I have a new window in my living room. I went to Sam's Gallery on West 2nd Ave first before purchasing, and happily surprised that when you order online it comes with free shipping.

I purchased my first piece from Sam in August 2021. Ordering from his website was effortless. After submitting the order, there was an email from Sam almost immediately thanking me and explaining the packaging & shipping process and how many days it would take to get that done before the package shipped. There were no surprises. The piece was well packaged for shipping and came ready to hang right out of the box. I can’t wait to collect more pieces.
