Carbon filtering is a method of filtering that uses a piece of activated carbon (GAC) to remove contaminants and impurities, utilizing chemical adsorption. Each piece of carbon is designed to provide a large section of surface area, in order to allow contaminants the most possible exposure to the filter media.

I moved from Calgary to an acreage north of Edmonton a few years back and gave T's a water sample. They hooked me up with the perfect water system and helped me to install it step by step over the phone. Our drinking water is incredible and has worked flawlessly for almost 5 years. Any time I had a problem with the Water Softener, a phone call to Tyron was all that was needed to diagnose and solve the issue, which have all been user error.

I am very glad and lucky to finally find the true professionals working with well water filtering systems. This is a family business which provides excellent service, technically strong and considers customer best interests. We had a system which hasn’t been maintained for more than 5 years by previous owners. T’s Water Systems fixed it by identifying weak links in the overall design and suggesting several options. I was looking for ways to improve my well water for the last few years. We were at the point of possibly drilling a new well. With that being a risky proposition we decided to look into better filtration ideas.
After a lot of research I settled on Tyrone from T's water systems. He came out gave me a complete rundown on everything available and the pro's and con's of each.
We settled on a whole house R/O unit and couldn't be happier. Today is one year since start up and we have had almost zero issues. And the ones we did have are nothing more than simple maintenance.
No more salt, corroded appliances

Tyrone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Have been running his system for 6 months now with only small issue that had to do with our well not his system. Tyrone was out the next day on the mission to get me up and running ASAP. Best customer service I’ve ever had. Quick to answer questions and adjustments. Would recommend without hesitation.

T's installed their system in our home about 18 years ago. The pump in the cistern finally failed. Called Tyrone at approx 8:00 AM. He called me back about 5 minutes later apologizing for missing my call. He was onsite an hour and a half later, and had a new pump installed by mid afternoon. Doesn't get much better than that, and that is just typical for the service you get from Tyrone and his boys👍👍
